Our release this week comes from Ethiopia. Tizita Bizuneh runs a female washing station in the Sidamo region, where she processes coffee from 112 small holders. It's unusual to find a female lead washing station in Ethiopia, and more uncommon to find one that is driving education and empowering women through workshops and leadership.
Typical of coffees you find in the Sidamo region, this coffee has notes of Black tea, Lemon and an intense sweetness of cream with a silky a texture.
