Greengage, white grape, cacao nibs
The team at San Patricio meticulously record information on the lots which come to the mill from their El Limon farm. By carefully monitoring and separating the coffee, we've been able to see how different processing and different plants on the same land can produce very varied flavour profiles. We love the balanced profile of this lot with a great mix of fruit and cacao notes.
