Important Information Regarding Your In My Mug Subscription

You've been linked to this message because you have an In My Mug subscription and we need you to take action to continue receiving your coffee.
System Update
We need your assistance to transition your subscription to our new system before the old one is decommissioned at the end of March. Please get in touch at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk or via the contact form to start the migration process. We will cancel your existing subscription and direct debit, and set you up with a new subscription in our new system.
If we don't hear from you, your subscription will expire when the old system is shut down at the end of March. We genuinely don’t want that to happen, so please get in touch.
We’re excited to move you to our new subscription system, where you’ll have access to a self-service portal to pause, skip, or swap coffees, add items to your deliveries, and earn reward points.
In My Mug Pricing
Over the past few years, we’ve seen rising costs across the board- specialty coffee has never been more expensive. As part of this system migration, we may need to adjust the price you're paying. These adjustments will allow us to continue delivering high-quality coffee while ensuring that the dedicated producers we partner with continue to be rewarded for their hard work.
As someone with a subscription in our older system, you’ve been with us for a very, very long time while the price for In My Mug has steadily updated for other customers year on year. Adjusting the weight of coffee last year helped us hold off on changing prices but unfortunately, it's not possible for us to maintain previous levels of discount for all subscriptions indefinitely.
Because you’ve been with us for such a long time and are one of our dearest customers we don’t want to nudge your price right up to the current full price of £10.50, that just wouldn’t feel right. So, to bring things a little more in line with what everything’s costing to produce a bag of coffee in 2025, while also acknowledging the awesome amount of time you’ve been a subscriber, we do need to update some subscribers' prices as part of this process. If your subscription is subject to a pricing update, we will provide personalised details when you get in touch. Although any increases won't fully offset our rising costs, we understand the challenges many may be facing and deeply appreciate how long you’ve been a subscriber.
As a subscriber to In My Mug, you’re at the core of what we do at Ozone. We’ve been sending out freshly roasted single-origin specialty coffee each week for nearly 850 weeks and wouldn’t be where we are without your support. Thank you for being a loyal subscriber.
