FULL TERMS

  1. The competition runs from 03/03/25 (10:00 AM) – 30/03/25 (11:59 PM).
  2. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is required.
  3. Participants must be 18 years or older. ID may be required to verify age.
  4. Employees of Ozone Coffee and partner brands are not eligible to enter.
  5. The competition is only accessible via Instagram, and a valid Instagram account is required.
  6. Your Instagram account must be set to public so Ozone Coffee can contact you.
  7. How to enter:
    • Comment on the official competition post.
    • Tag a friend in the comments.
    • Follow @ozonecoffee and the partner brands on Instagram.
  8. Multiple entries are allowed, but you cannot create multiple Instagram accounts just to enter.
  9. Each additional entry must be made by tagging different accounts in the comments.
  10. Only correct and complete entries will be entered into the competition.
  11. The competition is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales).
  12. The competition runs from 03/03/24 – 30/03/24, with one winner selected each week, based on the following schedule:
    • Week 1 (03/03 – 09/03): Partner Brand – Dr Will’s @doctor_wills
      • 1 x Ozone: Roaster’s Choice (£30 value – 3 coffees)
      • 1 x Dr. Will’s: Dr. Will's Sauce Bundle (£25 value)
    • Week 2 (10/03 – 16/03): Partner Brand – Good & Proper Tea @goodandpropertea
      • 1 x Ozone: 3-month In My Mug subscription (£30 value – 3 coffees)
      • 1 x Good & Proper Tea: Good & Proper teapots and a range of our award-winning loose leaf teas (£44 value)
    • Week 3 (17/03 – 23/03): Partner Brand – BAM @wearebam
      • 1 x Ozone: Roaster’s Choice (£30 value – 3 coffees)
      • 1 x Ozone: Clever Dripper white (£22 value)
      • 1 x BAM: £50 digital voucher to be spent on/ towards anything they wish at bambooclothing.co.uk (£50 value)
    • Week 4 (24/03 – 30/03): Partner Brand – FKA Haeckels @peoplecareplanetcare
      • 1 x Ozone: 3-month In My Mug subscription (£30 value – 3 coffees)
      • 1 x FKA Haeckles: Ozone soap (£25 value)
      • 1 x FKA Haeckles: Algae plump (£29 value)
  13. One winner will be chosen randomly each week and will receive the prize listed for that week. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
  14. Winners will be notified within 2 days after the competition ends.
  15. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
  16. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be selected.
  17. By entering, participants agree to these terms & conditions.
  18. Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities, but only with their consent.
  19. Once the winner has confirmed their address, the prize will be shipped within 14 working days.
  20. Ozone Coffee and partner brands are not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
  21. The prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or resold.
  22. No cash alternatives are available for any part of the prize.
  23. If unforeseen circumstances arise, Ozone Coffee reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms.
  24. Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries will not be counted.
  25. Any entries that contain offensive, violent, or explicit content will be disqualified.
  26. Winners' addresses will only be used for prize delivery and not for marketing.
  27. This giveaway is governed by English law. Any legal disputes will be handled in English courts, except for Scottish or Northern Irish participants, whose laws and courts will apply accordingly.
