Terms & Conditions – Win Free Coffee for a Year Competition

1. Promoter: This competition is run by Ozone Coffee (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Employees of Ozone Coffee, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter, participants must submit their details via the official Ozone Coffee website entry form.

   • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Competition Period:

   • Entries open on 13th June 2025 and close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 18th May 2025.

   • Winners will be selected and announced on Monday, 19th May 2025.

5. Locations:

   • This competition is valid for entries at two locations only:

     • Santander Work Café Kensington High Street

     • Santander Work Café Cheapside

6. Prizes:

   • Two winners will be selected – one from each location.

   • Each winner will receive a VIP Coffee Card entitling them to 52 free drinks (one per week for a year).

   • Each drink must be an espresso-based beverage, batch brew, chai, or hot chocolate.

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

7. Prize Redemption:

   • The VIP Coffee Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

   • Drinks must be redeemed in person at the location the winner entered through.

   • Winners will receive a physical card and will receive a stamp for each drink. Cards should be treated like cash, and if lost, cannot be replaced. 
     
     

8. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries per location.

   • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.

   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Ozone Coffee reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.

9. Publicity:

   • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes related to this competition.

10. Data Protection:

    • Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with Ozone Coffee’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering the competition.

11. General:

    • Ozone Coffee reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or these terms at any time without notice.

    • The decision of Ozone Coffee regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
