A well-balanced coffee with notes of purple grapes and pomegranate, complemented by a creamy undertone. The zing of citrus acidity adds vibrancy, creating a layered taste that is both satisfying and refreshing.
Lorena Vindas' farm in the Western Valley of Costa Rica is managed by her and her husband. A fairly small 3 hectares, it's planted mostly with the regional favourite varietal Villa Sarchi. The freshly harvested fruit is taken to the nearby farm of Sumava (about 5 minutes in the truck), where it is rested before being processed in a Honey style. This combines with the ripe Villa Sarchi fruit to give a super sweet and fruity cup profile.
