Notes

This coffee is produced by FAL Café, whom Ozone have worked with since the 2014 harvest. Byron Holcombe is Director of Agribusiness for the two FAL Café farms in Brazil – Fazenda Monte Verde and Fazenda Santa Izabel.  Both of these farms are in the Minas Gerais region near Ouro Fino in the South of Brazil. Both farms have placed in Brazil CoE and last year Santa Izabel won 1st place at the Brazil Speciality Coffee Association awards.

There is a high level of traceability at SANTA IZABEL. Each Lot is picked, processed, dried and kept separate until it has been cupped and assessed for quality. Coffees that score very highly are kept for Cup of Excellence competitions and Ozone!
