Finca San Jerónimo Miramar has been owned by the Bressani Family since the 1940’s. Gina and Giorgio are now the 3rd generation of the family to farm coffee. They have a deep respect for their natural environment and have established a nature reserve alongside the farm that makes up 43% of their land.

They have only been selling to the specialty coffee market since 2014 and believe that building direct relationships with specialty roasters is the best route to economic sustainability. To help support other local farmers the Bressani Family have built a wet mill and dry mill with capacity to process coffee from 500 farms in the region. This helps facilitate better traceability of individual lots of coffee and therefore allows for experimentation with different processing techniques.
