An introduction into how a coffee bean develops throughout a roast and how roast profiles affect the flavour characteristics of the coffee. This course is a great insight into the world of roasting for all levels of ability from home enthusiasts to experienced baristas. The coffee will be evaluated by ‘cupping’; the internationally recognised standard for tasting and scoring coffees.
