Honey Tasting Pack
Costa Rica, Nicaragua
-
This is a great pack for anyone who loves honey or pulped natural processed coffees.
For anyone unfamiliar, the honey process and pulped natural process are coffee processing methods that sit between the washed and natural methods, combining elements of both. After harvesting, the outer skin of the coffee cherry is removed, but some or all of the sticky fruit layer (mucilage) is left on the bean. The beans are then dried with this mucilage still attached, typically on raised beds or patios, and turned regularly to ensure even drying. Unlike the washed process, no fermentation or washing stage is used to remove the mucilage - this happens naturally during drying. The terms “honey” or “pulped natural” often refer to how much mucilage is left on the bean and how the drying is managed.
Throughout the year, this pack contains 3 rotating different honey processed single-origin coffees from around the world and delivery is free!
The single-origin coffees in this pack change with the seasons and availability.

Honey processed Villa Sarchi.
Sweet but crisp and clean, this cup starts with a soft orange cordial sweetness that's balanced by a hit of crisp white grape.
