How do your gift cards work?
A. If you’re not sure what to get for that special caffeinated someone in your life, why not buy them a Hasbean gift card? Simply select how much credit you would like to load onto a card and we’ll do the rest, the lucky recipient then has that much credit to spend on our website.

Do you offer personalised notes or gift wrapping?
A. If you would like us to add a personalised note, please email us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk either before or after placing your order with the message you would like adding. We do not offer gift wrapping.

What if the person I give the gift to wants to exchange it with something else?
A. No problem! Either you can get in touch with us or the person who ordered can, please send us an email to orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we’ll get everything sorted for you.

Can I get something delivered directly to the person I’m gifting?
A. Yes! Simply check out with the lucky recipient’s details in the shipping section and your details in the billing section. That way around we will send them coffee but take your money.
