The AeroPress for the Road
The AeroPress Go Travel Coffee Maker takes the brewer's iconic 3-in-1 system (part French press, part pour-over, part espresso) and packs it into a self-contained travel kit. Every component fits inside the included 444ml microwavable mug, which doubles as your drinking cup. Smooth, full-flavoured, grit-free coffee, brewed wherever you are, in under two minutes.
Free yourself from hotel coffee, office instant and petrol-station drip. The AeroPress Go is designed for the way coffee drinkers actually live - commuting, travelling, camping and working from anywhere.
Why brew with the AeroPress Go?
Like the AeroPress Original, the Go uses total immersion combined with gentle air pressure to extract evenly across every coffee particle. The result is a clean, balanced cup with low acidity and zero grit - closer to a high-quality filter brew than the heavy, sediment-rich coffee a typical travel French press produces.
What makes it different
- Brews smooth, full-bodied coffee with low acidity and no grit
- Total weight when packed: just 323g - easy to drop into a backpack, carry-on or laptop bag
- Hot coffee in about one minute, cold brew in about two
- Everything packs neatly inside the included travel mug
- Mug and lid are microwave safe and dishwasher safe (top rack)
- BPA-free, with a long-life silicone seal
What's in the box

- Travel mug and lid - 444ml microwavable mug that doubles as the carrying case

Original, Go or Go Plus — which AeroPress should I buy?
AeroPress Original - Still the most-recommended model for home brewing. The most affordable in the range and every component is replaceable. If the AeroPress will mostly live on your kitchen counter, this is the one to buy.
AeroPress Go (this product) - The full AeroPress brewing system in a self-contained 323g travel kit. The 444ml mug doubles as a carrying case. Best if you want to brew great coffee at the office, on holiday, while camping or in a hotel room.
AeroPress Go Plus - A premium travel option built around a vacuum-insulated stainless steel tumbler and a shatterproof Tritan™ chamber. Keeps coffee hot for longer and is more durable, but heavier and pricier than the standard Go.
How to brew with an AeroPress Go
A simple starter recipe: 15g of medium-ground coffee, 220g of water at 85°C. Stir for 10 seconds, steep for 60 seconds, plunge slowly for 30 seconds. Top up with hot water to taste.

A brief history
The AeroPress was invented in 2005 by Stanford engineer Alan Adler — frustrated by the bitterness and inconsistency of home-brewed coffee, he set out to design a better single-cup brewer. The result built a cult following among coffee professionals and travellers worldwide, and inspired the global World AeroPress Championship. The AeroPress Go followed years later, taking the same brewing system and packaging it for life on the road. The full story is on the AeroPress Original page.

What's the difference between the AeroPress Go and the AeroPress Original?
Both brewers use the same 3-in-1 brewing system and produce the same quality cup of coffee. The Go is slightly shorter and packs entirely inside its included 444ml travel mug, with the accessories (filter cap, scoop, stirrer and filter holder) stored inside the chamber. It weighs around 323g packed and is built for travel, camping and the office. The Original is taller, designed for home use, and the most affordable in the range.
What's the difference between the AeroPress Go and the Go Plus?
Both are travel-focused AeroPress models. The Go uses a lightweight microwavable polypropylene mug; the Go Plus is built around a vacuum-insulated stainless steel tumbler that keeps coffee hot or cold for longer, with a shatterproof Tritan™ chamber. The Go Plus is heavier, more durable and pricier; the standard Go is lighter, simpler and more affordable.
How many cups does the AeroPress Go make?
The AeroPress Go brews around 240ml of coffee per press - enough for one large cup, or one to three espresso-style shots. The included travel mug holds 444ml, so you can top the concentrate up with hot water (Americano style) to fill the mug.
Is the AeroPress Go mug microwavable?
Yes - the included travel mug and lid are both microwave safe.
Does the AeroPress Go fit in a backpack or hand luggage?
Yes. Packed inside its mug with the lid on, the AeroPress Go measures roughly 13.5 × 9.9 × 9.9 cm and weighs around 323g - small and light enough for a backpack pocket, carry-on or laptop bag.
Can I use regular AeroPress filters with the Go?
Yes. The AeroPress Go uses the same standard-size paper micro-filters as the Original and the Go Plus, so any pack of AeroPress filter papers will fit.
Is the AeroPress Go dishwasher safe?
Yes - the chamber, plunger, mug, lid and filter cap are all dishwasher safe on the top rack. For day-to-day use a quick rinse is usually enough, as the silicone seal wipes the chamber clean as you plunge.
Can I make espresso with the AeroPress Go?
Not true espresso - that requires nine bars of pressure, far more than any AeroPress generates. But the Go brews a concentrated, espresso-style shot that works as the base of a flat white, latte, Americano or iced coffee.
How do I look after the silicone seal?
The seal occasionally picks up the smell of stale coffee. Once a month, remove it from the end of the plunger and wash both sides in warm soapy water. To extend seal life, store the AeroPress with the plunger pushed all the way through the chamber so the seal isn't under compression.
