When will I get my first order?
A. We roast all our In My Mug coffees together on a Friday morning so if you subscribe to In My Mug, the posties will aim to deliver your coffee on Saturdays. If you subscribe to our blends or decaf, we roast every day Monday – Friday so any orders placed before 07:30am will be roasted and dispatched that same day.

Do your subscriptions have a minimum term? Am I locked in?
A. No - you can skip your next delivery or cancel your subscription any time within your account, there is no minimum contractual term.

I want the gift subscription to be sent on a specific day, can I do that?
A. Yes you can! It requires a human touch so please send us a quick message to orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk after placing your order and we will schedule the first delivery for you.

Can I alter my subscription, once it starts?
A. Yes - the control is all yours! You can update the grind, frequency, add extra items, change address, skip or cancel your subscription at any time within your account.

What happens if I order something else at the same time as my IMM subscription?
A. Items ordered at the same time as an In My Mug subscription will be posted at the same time in a single parcel on Friday.
