Comandante hand grinders are designed and manufactured in Germany to a standard that has set the reference point for manual coffee grinding in the specialty market. The precision-engineered Nitro Blade burrs, made from high-nitrogen martensitic stainless steel, deliver consistent particle size distribution across the full spectrum of brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over to French press. Each grinder is built to last: the combination of aerospace-grade materials, double axle bearings, and close manufacturing tolerances means these are grinders you buy once and keep. The range covers four distinct use cases. The C40 MK4 is the core model: 40mm Nitro Blade burrs, 35+ grind settings, and the versatility to handle everything from filter to espresso in a package most home brewers reach for first. The C60 Baracuda steps up to 60mm burrs with GX50 Gold Clix adjustment at 21 microns per click, two to three times the throughput of the C40, and a unibody stainless steel construction milled from a single block. The X25 Trailmaster uses the same Nitro Blade burr set in a compact, hardwearing body built for travel and outdoor use. The RX35 Red Clix is an upgrade drivetrain for existing C40 owners, halving the adjustment increment to 15 microns per click for finer espresso dialling.
