Guatemala: El Limon, San Ramon A sweet flavour profile coffee. Washed processed San Ramon.
The first sip brings a creamy yoghurt which lingers all the way through into the aftertaste. A touch of lime zest adds a bright lift to the finish, while a subtle note of dark chocolate rounds out the profile, creating a well-balanced and satisfying cup.Bolivia: Brenda Palli, Anoxic Washed A spicy flavour profile coffee. There's a big helping of brown sugar, backed up by a creamy body and sultanas before the finish, which brings sweet cinnamon spice to round out the coffee.Costa Rica: Arbar, El Oasis A citrus flavour profile coffee. Honey processed Caturra & Catuai.
Bright but silky smooth and creamy, it's a mug full of lemon curd! A little shoulder of raspberry on the finish and delicate black tea on the aftertaste adds complexity to this elegant cup.El Salvador: Finca Argentina, Centroamericano H1 A spicy flavour profile coffee. Washed processed Centroamericano H1.
Milk chocolate on the first sip is balanced by mellow dried apple. The sweetness shifts slightly into brown sugar on the finish with a delicate hint of cardamom complementing it. -
