Roasting Information
Medium - take a little heat out of the roast before 1st gets going so you can run through nicely into the gap between first and second. Drop in the gap do not take in to second crack.

If you place an order before 07:30, it will be roasted and dispatched that day. If you order after 07:30, it will carry over to the following working day for roasting.
