We’re back to Burundi this week with the washed counterpart to last week's coffee. Throughout this subscription you’ll come across a few lots that we source, where we’ve obtained the same lot with a few different processes. This allows us to explore the flavours that processing alone can bring to the table. With last week's coffee having been a great expression of natural processing, this week we’re focused on washed coffees. You’ll find a lot cleaner flavours, less fermentation focused and often with higher levels of acidity.
