Ethiosar Coffee Beans
Ethiosar carries the cup quality of Ethiopian heirloom coffee into a plant that can actually survive commercial farming. It's a cross of Rume Sudan, an Ethiopian heirloom prized for its flavour, and Sarchimor, itself a disease-resistant cross of Villa Sarchi and Timor. Rume Sudan brings the taste. Sarchimor brings the resilience to grow it at altitude, at scale, without losing the crop to disease. In the cup, expect jasmine and stone fruit up front, with the kind of clarity you'd associate with washed Ethiopian coffee.
