This is a huge chocolate hit, but think really great chocolate and the delicate hints of fruit and nuts that comes with that. A creamy sweetness and full body has notes of almond and cashew nut running through it alongside dried apricot on the finish.Bolivia: La Linda A cocoa flavour profile coffee. Washed processed Caturra.
Dark chocolate and lemon zest slips softly into a sweet caramel aftertaste in this well balanced cup.Nicaragua: Limoncillo, Ethiosar, Washed A nutty flavour profile coffee. Washed processed Ethiosar.
A rush of sweet, gooey caramel is followed by Brazil nuts before a biscuity edge comes through on the finish and into the aftertaste.Bolivia: Don Carlos A sweet flavour profile coffee. Washed processed Caturra.
