In the mountains of Cauca, Colombia, Carlos Penna and his family produce this beautiful coffee in their farm La Esperanza. It's a washed Bourbon lot that carries some delicate floral notes, with orange marmalade and a hint of rose. This coffee was one that jumped out on the table for us, and we're excited to share the efforts of Carlos and his family.
