Another visit to El Salvador!

Named for its cold temperature and remoteness, this farm is perched on the hillside of a steep valley in the Apaneca Ilamatepec range. Perfectly located for growing high-quality coffee, the family have planted a range of new varietals on the farm besides the traditional Bourbon. This Kenyan varietal shows distinctive, elegantly curved and widely spaced boughs, making it easily identifiable on the densely forested hillside.
