Farmer Doña is tasting coffee with cupping spoon at Finca Las Guerras

This weeks coffee mostly comes from women producers. In this region of Mexico a lot of men go to the northern states for work and often the women are left alone to look after the family and the farm. It is why we called it Las Guerreras: it is from Guerrero and mostly from women. Also Guerreras translates to women warriors, which is quite appropriate to describe these hard working, resilient women.
