Christmas is a very busy time of the year for Royal Mail and DPD, with this in mind please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.

We will be roasting coffee until Monday the 23rd of December, break for Christmas and pop in on the 27th to roast and post In My Mug and any orders before breaking again for New Year’s Day. We will return to full time roasting on Thursday the 2^nd of January.

If you would like us to ship you an order before we break up for Christmas, please order before 07:30 on Monday the 23rd of December.

The following dispatch dates are to be used as guidelines and not guarantees, as much as we'd love to, we can not guarantee delivery.

UK Deliveries

(We're being cautious with these! We are roasting + dispatching orders on Monday the 23rd of December but you know what deliveries can be like that close to Christmas)

Royal Mail

Cut off dates:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 1st Class: Friday 20th of December before 7:30am (delivery aim 21/12 )
Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 2nd Class: Wednesday the 18th of December before 7:30am (delivery aim 22/12)

DPD

Cut off dates:
Mainland UK: Friday the 20^th of December before 7:30am (for delivery 21/12)
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands: Thursday the 19^th of December (for delivery 22/12)

International Deliveries

Royal Mail
It really depends where you are in the world, but as a general guide, we're going to say aim for between Friday the 6^th and Monday 9^th of December as the latest you should be placing your order.

UPS
Again it really depends on where you are in the world, but generally they don't take much more than 5 days to deliver, so we're going to say 15^th of December. If you'd like a more accurate deadline based on your location, contact us by raising a support ticket and we will be able to look into your available options.

In My Mug 

We'll be sending out In My Mug subscriptions as normal on Friday December 27^th.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't rely on deliveries for gifts without plenty of time and the right kind of shipping. It's a busy time of year and everything can really slow down. We will do everything we can to get your order to you this festive season, we promise.
