Jelly tots, orange, strawberry, lemon and lime

Coffee producers in the La Cañada area of Oaxaca typically have around half a hectare of land and some very old Typica trees. With each person only producing very small amounts of coffee, it takes the work of a team on the ground during harvest season to put together this exception lot, picked from the best coffees being produced there. That team - part of Ensambles, who also export the coffee for us - give feedback on quality to producers and clearly explain the prices they pay, showing how those are linked.
