Back to Peru again, and this time from Josely Guevarra. Josely is one of the producers within the Agua Azul producer group from last week. One of the 12 different producers in the small village of San Antonio de Chingama, they are part of the group referred to as a “comite”. The comite aims to collaborate and produce higher quality coffees, maximising farmer income and premiums. We’ve singled out Josely’s coffee because of its sweetness and marvellous fruit candy flavours, with notes of strawberry, raspberry and orange.
