This week’s coffee is brought to you from the Mayor of Palencia. Guadalupe Alberto Reyes Aguilar is not only the Mayor, but also a notable coffee producer. His estate San Patricio produces mainly Bourbon and Caturra varieties but has also begun venturing into other varieties we’ll be featuring in the coming weeks.
Milk chocolate, juicy white grape and a creamy mouthfeel. This coffee is another stellar example of the team at San Patricio Estate in Palencia, Guatemala skills at the washed process.
