Sharo is a house favourite. We’ve been buying this coffee for a few years from Israel Degfa. It’s a relationship we hold dear and each year we come back to it we’re enjoying it in a new way. The washing station is located in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia which is one of the major producing regions for coffee. It’s got everything you’d expect from a quality natural processed Ethiopian coffee – lots of fruit in the cup and a lovely creamy body to pair with it.
