Taypiplaya is a small village in Bolivia’s traditional coffee-growing region, North-East of La Paz. This lot comes from a collection of small coffee producers who own a small number of coffee trees, most of the traditional Caturra varietal. This kind of traditional Bolivian coffee production is increasingly rare, but its unique conditions give it a distinctive deep, full flavours.
