Festive Delivery Information
Get ready for the festive season! As we prepare for the holiday rush in 2023, we kindly ask that all orders be placed in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Please take note of the following important dates in the UK that may impact deliveries during the Christmas period: Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the 25th and 26th of December 2023, New Year's Eve on the 31st of December, and New Year's Day on the 1st of January 2024. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you during this joyous season.
Please note that any orders placed during the Christmas period will be influenced by the following dates in the UK: Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the 25th and 26th of December 2023, New Year's Eve on the 31st of December 2023, New Year's Day on the 1st of January 2024, and the Bank Holiday on the 2nd of January 2024. We appreciate your understanding.
Recommended last order dates for Christmas are 7:30am on:
- Friday 8th December - International Royal Mail
- Wednesday 13th December - International Tracked Royal Mail
- Monday 18th December - 2nd Class Royal Mail
- Wednesday 20th December - 1st Class Royal Mail
- Wednesday 20th December - DPD Tracked service*
We will be roasting and posting all other orders up till 8am on Friday 22nd December. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on 27th December.
We encourage customers to get their orders early to avoid any disappointment.
All the orders placed after 8am on 29th December will be processed and sent on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. This is to give our extremely hardworking team a bit of a break to spend time with their friends and family.
Subscription orders:
If you're one of our lovely subscribers, please note that our usual schedule will be altered slightly. We will be processing all subscription that would have been due on
- Monday 25th December and Tuesday 26th December, on Wednesday 27th December.
- Monday 1st January and Tuesday 2nd Januray, on Wednesday 3rd January.

If you do end up leaving some shopping until last minute - don’t panic – we have a range of digital gift cards and digital coffee gift subscriptions, which we can email you right up to 22nd December. Our London eateries will also be open until 24th December with holiday hours, should you need to buy some emergency coffee!
