Do my points expire?
A. Your points and vouchers will expire after a year of not ordering and scanning your loyalty pass.

What happens to my old points?
A. Your points will transfer over to our new loyalty programme and will be visible when you log in.

How does the birthday voucher work?
A. You'll need to make sure we have your birthdate, you can check at https://loyalty.ozonecoffee.co.uk/settings/profile. Birthday voucher only valid for customers who have visited once or more since signing up. We'll send you an email on the day. Customers must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. Ozone reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth.
