  • Good & Proper Earl Grey Tea is a single-origin Ceylon black tea scented with natural Italian bergamot oil. The tea comes from Sri Lanka's Uva region - a high-altitude growing area known for bright, brisk black teas - and the bergamot is sourced from Italy, giving it a clean citrus character rather than the synthetic floral notes you get in lesser Earl Greys. It's a Great Taste Award winner.

    Works well black, with milk, or with a slice of lemon. The whole-leaf format brews a fuller, cleaner cup than standard fannings-based tea bags.

    Tea bags are made from Soilon (corn starch-based, 100% compostable), with Natureflex inner bags from renewable wood pulp. Outer cartons are FSC-certified cardboard. All retail packaging is plastic-free.
