The result? A well-balanced medley of milk chocolate and caramel in your cup, with just a sprinkle of roasted nuts to bring it all together.
Designed to be super forgiving and easy to work with, Our House performs brilliantly across a range of brewing methods – from espresso and AeroPress to pour-over, French press, and beyond. Whether you're a seasoned barista or just getting started, this blend is crafted to help you brew a consistently tasty cup every time.
A Blend with History
If you’ve been with us since the Hasbean days, you might remember this blend as Jailbreak - a long-time favourite known for its approachability, balance, and reliability. While the name has changed, the heart of the blend remains the same. Our House carries forward the same values: seasonal sourcing, consistent quality, and a flavour profile that’s easy to both love and brew.
If you're looking for a versatile, approachable, and seasonally fresh coffee, Our House is the perfect place to start.

Medium-dark: nice and steady through the crack to develop the sweetness. Drop it right at the end of the gap with maybe a pop or two of second.Resting Recommendation
We recommend a minimum 7-day rest after the date of roasting before brewing this coffee as espresso, but there's a lot of personal preference in that. So, by all means, please brew whenever you like! -
