This coffee blend comes from the Uchamachi Colonia's Sol De La Mañana producers, with significant contributions from Jose Luis Mamani & Ricardo Uluri, each with 7 years of experience.

To ensure the best quality, producers in SDLM perform 7-8 harvesting passes, a labour-intensive process. Due to small individual lots, all deliveries are combined for processing.

Innovatively, Los Rodriguez added Anaerobic Fermentation using stainless steel vessels, allowing precise control and consistent top-tier quality. The cup profile boasts elegant fruit sweetness and acidity, akin to white grape and pear, with a delightful caramelized sweetness as it cools.
