Christmas is a very busy time of the year for Royal Mail and DPD, with this in mind please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Last Recommended Ordering Dates

We’ll be roasting coffee until Tuesday 23rd December, then taking a short break for Christmas. We'll be back in the roastery on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December to roast and dispatch any other orders placed during the break. After that, we’ll pause again for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, returning to full-time roasting on Friday 2nd January.

If you’d like your order shipped before Christmas, please place it before 07:30 on Tuesday 23rd December.

UK Deliveries

(We’re being cautious with these! We’ll be roasting and dispatching orders on Tuesday 23rd December, but you know how unpredictable deliveries can be that close to Christmas…)

Royal Mail

• Tracked 24 & 1st Class: Order by 7:30am on Monday 22nd December (delivery aim: 23/12). Customers in Northern Ireland: please allow an extra day for delivery.
• Tracked 48 & 2nd Class: Order by 7:30am on Thursday 18th December (delivery aim: 22/12).

DPD

• Mainland UK: Order by 7:30am on Monday 22nd December (delivery aim: 23/12).
• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands: Order by Friday 19th December (delivery aim: 22/12).

International Deliveries

Royal Mail

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but as a general guide, we recommend placing your order by no later than Monday 15th December.

UPS

UPS typically delivers within 5 working days, though this can vary by destination. As a general rule, we suggest the same cut-off as Royal Mail: Monday 15th December.

If you'd like a more accurate deadline based on your location, please raise a support ticket and we’ll be happy to look into your options.

In My Mug - Festive Schedule

Due to how the dates fall this December, there will be one date substitution for In My Mug. Coffees will be dispatched on:

• Friday 19th December (as normal)
• Tuesday 23rd December (early, as we’ll be closed on Friday 26th)
• Friday 2nd January (as normal)

Customer Support

Our customer service team will be offline from 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December until 9am on Monday 29th December.

They’ll be available from 9am to 4pm on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December, before resuming their festive break at 4pm on Tuesday.

The team will return to work full-time from 9am on Friday 2nd January.
