Cachoeira Canario

Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama spans 417 hectares of land, of which 64 hectares are dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm greatly emphasises environmental sustainability and has implemented a program that involves planting native species alongside coffee crops to maintain a healthier ecological balance.

In addition to its coffee production, the farm boasts various amenities, such as a school, a club, and a full-sized football field for its employees. It also provides 47 houses equipped with modern facilities. The farm owners have made substantial investments in enhancing the coffee processing facilities. To prevent pollution of the nearby stream, wastewater from the farm undergoes thorough treatment. Furthermore, the farm utilises a small hydroelectric plant during the peak harvest season.

Expect walnut and hazelnut notes complemented by the subtle presence of soft brown sugar. The result is a delightful mug of coffee with a sweet, syrupy finish that perfectly balances the nutty flavours.
