If you’ve been following our subscription for a while, you’ll see we love Bolivian coffee. We’re bringing you a lot from the Sol de la Manana project that Pedro Rodriguez has setup. This project is focused on supporting farmers to increase their yields and bring their crops to a sustainable level. Having tripled their production over recent years, the project is keeping these producers growing coffee and not moving to other crops.
