Asian Coffee Beans

Asia covers some of the most geographically and stylistically diverse coffee-growing countries in the world. From the volcanic archipelagos of Indonesia to the high-altitude farms of India's Nilgiri and Coorg regions, and the newer specialty scenes in Thailand, China's Yunnan province, and Myanmar, the continent's growing areas share little beyond their latitude. Profiles run from the full-bodied, low-acid, earthy character of Indonesia's wet-hulled Sumatran coffees to the cleaner, florally complex cups coming out of Thailand's northern highlands.
