Terms and Conditions

1. Referrals   

We would like you to refer us and our products to others. When you refer us to a fellow café owner, office manager, hotel, etc, they must then email us at wholesale@ozonecoffee.co.uk with the email subject ‘Ozone Referral Program’. Upon a successful sign up for an Account with Ozone Coffee for main coffee supply (i.e. using Ozone Coffee in their main hopper), they will receive a complimentary first order, up to 9kg, to kickstart their relationship with Ozone Coffee.  

After two months of continuous supply, of at least 12kg on average per week, you (as the referrer) will receive one week of complimentary coffee for your own business as thanks for the referral. This complimentary coffee is capped at 20kg and will be communicated by your Account Manager and allocated to your next applicable order.  

There is no limit to the number of times you can use this referral scheme or the number of friends or fellow café owners that you can refer. However, it is only available for use once by each referred friend or café, who must be a new customer to receive their complimentary coffee.  

Not available as a retrospective reward, this is active for referrals from 21/05/2024.  

2. Can we change these terms, suspend or withdraw the scheme?   

Yes, we can change the terms applicable to this Scheme at any time. Where we do that, we may notify you through your account, or the email address registered with that account. 

We can also withdraw or suspend the Scheme at any time, for any reason. This can apply on a general basis, or to your account only, if we reasonably consider that you have, or may, breach the terms applicable to the Scheme.
