  • Anyone who's chased a symmetrical tulip knows the frustration of a milk jug with a slightly wonky spout. Barista Hustle spotted the same problem most manufacturers ignored, so they built their own to a strict competition standard. The Pitcher 2.0 keeps everything baristas loved about the original and adds stronger welds, guaranteed spout and handle alignment, and a redesigned spout that cuts drips.

It's made from 304 stainless steel with a thick, high-sheen polished finish. The handle sits on a single laser weld across its full base, not the spot welds you'll find on cheaper jugs. Inside, the 400ml is marked every 50ml up to 350ml and the 600ml every 100ml up to 500ml, so you can fill to the same level every time.

The real point of the Pitcher 2.0 is the pour. Spout, handle and body sit dead straight. Aim the milk and it goes where you point it: crisp hearts, stacked tulips, rosettas. The 400ml suits a single cortado or flat white at home. The 600ml gives you room for a bigger latte, or two drinks at once. Pair it with a bag of our espresso and you're set.

  • What's the difference between the Barista Hustle Pitcher and the Pitcher 2.0?
The Pitcher 2.0 adds reinforced welds, guaranteed spout and handle alignment and a redesigned spout that cuts drips. The 304 stainless steel, laser-welded handle and polished finish carry over from the original.
    Should I choose the 400ml or 600ml?
The 400ml suits a single flat white or cappuccino, and it's easier to control while you're learning latte art. The 600ml suits a bigger latte, or two drinks at once. Plenty of baristas keep both.
Is the Pitcher 2.0 good for latte art?
Yes. Barista Hustle built it for competition, and a perfectly straight spout and handle stop the milk pulling to one side.
How much milk should I use?
Fill to just below the base of the spout, leaving room for the milk to expand as you stretch it. Use the markings to repeat the same level every time: every 50ml up to 350ml on the 400ml, or every 100ml up to 500ml on the 600ml.
    What's it made from?
304 stainless steel, the same food-grade steel you'll find across most commercial kitchens.
    Will the handle come loose?
No. It's attached with a single laser weld across the full base, not the spot welds on cheaper jugs.
    Does it have measurement markings?
Yes. The 400ml has markings every 50ml up to 350ml, and the 600ml every 100ml up to 500ml, handy for dialling in the same volume and cutting waste.
    How do I clean it?
Rinse it straight after use, before the milk proteins dry on. Wash by hand in warm soapy water with a soft cloth to keep the polish looking sharp.
Does it work with home machines?
Yes, with any steam wand, home or commercial. The 400ml is usually the easier size when you're short on steam power.
    Any other colours?
We stock the polished steel finish in both sizes for now. Barista Hustle has a black finish coming.
