West Coast Cocoa's Dark Deluxe Hot Chocolate is an intense, lower-sugar hot chocolate made with Dutched cocoa sourced from West Africa — a region known for its warm, dry climate, distinctive cacao varieties, and high-quality processing. The result is a rich, dark cup with notes of dried fruit and a full-bodied cocoa flavour.
Blended in small batches on the West Coast of New Zealand, the ingredient list is kept deliberately short: sugar, Dutched cocoa, sunflower oil, Heilala vanilla extract, and salt. No fillers, no artificial flavouring.
Available in a 250g tube for home use, or a 2kg bag suited to café and high-volume preparation.
Please note: the 250g product has a best before end date of May 2026. This is a Best Before End date, not a Use By date. Following additional quality and safety testing, the manufacturer has confirmed the product remains food safe and of good quality for a further six months beyond this date.
