867 Brazil Inglaterra Canario Natural

Fazenda Inglaterra is located near the lovely Brazilian spa town of Poços de Caldas in the coffee-growing heartlands of Brazil’s Minas Gerais state. The farm's elevation is 950–1,300 metres above sea level and has especially rich soil for the local area. It's on the edge of an ancient caldera/super volcano, whose outline can be seen on satellite images. 50% of the farm comprises of virgin Mata Atlantica forest.

Roasted hazelnut and walnuts run through the cup, with the sweetness of milk chocolate and toffee backing that up and just a little biscuit edge for this easy drinking all-rounder.

Roasting Information
Medium-dark - Take this steadily through first and towards the end of the gap before you finish the roast - though you might need a bit more heat to get there than for some other coffees.
