The coffee for this lot came from a mix of Sol De La Mañana producers from the Uchamachi colonia of the Yungas in Bolivia. Further from the Buena Vista mill, where most of our Yungas region coffees are processed, these small producer have to process the coffee themselves. The washed coffee is bought by Agricafe, our exporter and owner of Buena Vista Mill, who assess it's quality and handle dry milling at their facility near La Paz.

Starting with soft and sweet orange, this coffee opens up with hints of mango and peach as it cools whilst a delicate sultana note comes through on the finish.
