Ep. 843 Bolivia Jeivert & Grover Honey

This coffee comes from the Irupana region of Yungas. This area is a little further away from Caranavi than most of the small producers we buy from in the Yungas, which makes it too far to process the coffee at the Buena Vista Mill, where the coffee's of the other producers we buy from are processed.

As well as processing his own coffee, Jeivert has a bigger business now buying coffee from other local producers. His partner in this is his friend Grover, who also has a 2 hectare farm. This is a mixed lot, made up from coffee grown by both Jeivert and Grover.

This is a super juicy one! Passionfruit and mango, with just a hint of orange, is all wrapped up in a silky body. A delicate hint of lime leaf on the aftertaste finishes off a cup which is both quaffable and elegant.
