Christmas & New Year 2025: Opening Hours & Last Order Dates

Let's start with what you're really here for. If you want coffee under the tree, here's when to order:

Please note: These are guidelines, not guarantees. Couriers get very busy this time of year, and we can't control what happens once your coffee leaves us. If it's a gift, order early. We mean it.
When We're Open (and When We're Not)
Here's what's happening at the Stafford Roastery over the festive period:

We'll roast and dispatch any orders placed during our Christmas break on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December. Then we'll pause again for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day before returning to full-time roasting on Friday 2nd January.
UK Delivery: The Details
We're being cautious with these dates. We'll be roasting and dispatching on Tuesday 23rd December, but you know how unpredictable deliveries can get that close to Christmas.
Royal Mail
- Tracked 24 & 1st Class: Order by 7:30am on Monday 22nd December. Customers in Northern Ireland, please allow an extra day.
- Tracked 48 & 2nd Class: Order by 7:30am on Thursday 18th December.
DPD
- Mainland UK: Order by 7:30am on Monday 22nd December.
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands: Order by Friday 19th December.
International Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on where you are, but as a general guide, we recommend ordering by Monday 15th December for both Royal Mail and UPS.
If you'd like a more accurate deadline based on your location, raise a support ticket and we'll look into your options.
In My Mug: Festive Schedule
Due to how the dates fall this December, there's one small change to your subscription dispatch dates:
- Friday 19th December – as normal
- Tuesday 23rd December – early, as we'll be closed on Friday 26th
- Friday 2nd January – back to normal
Customer Support
Our team will be offline from 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December until 9am on Monday 29th December. They'll be around from 9am to 4pm on the 29th and 30th, then off again until Friday 2nd January.

One Last Thing
We really don't want anyone to miss out on their Christmas coffee. Please don't rely on last-minute deliveries for gifts – especially without the right shipping option and plenty of buffer time. It's a busy period, things slow down, and there's only so much we can do once your order is out of our hands.
Order early, choose your delivery wisely, and we'll do everything we can to get your coffee to you in time.
