This week is a new origin for the subscription. We’re featuring our first Ugandan coffee for Passenger, and it’s a winner. Packed full of fruit flavours, this naturally processed lot from Bulambuli is an exotic treat. Ben Mukhone is the producer who has co-ordinated this coffee, he’s responsible for relationships with growers and ensuring they deliver coffee to the local mill. With many similarities to Kenya, Uganda offers an exciting flavour profile with some of its own nuances in the mix. The varieties are from Kenya originally but grown and processed in Uganda.
