Don Carlos is another farm we work with from Agricafe in Bolivia. Named after Carlos Mariaca one of Agricafe’s oldest employees, Don Carlos was a gifted to Carlos from Pedro as a partnership between them.

We’re proud to support Bolivian coffee and it’s producers. As coffee production has dramatically reduced over the past decade, it’s down to Agricafe and like-minded producers to keep the flame lit and to continue to produce incredible coffees.

This is a washed Caturra lot containing both red and yellow fruit. The cherries are left for fifteen hours to allow the fruit to begin to break down before it goes through the mechanical washing process.
