This week we are visiting Honduras!

Following the family tradition and teachings passed down by his father and grandfather, Hernan Giron established his own coffee farm in Lepaterique and named it after his father's farm. La Alondra continues to uphold the family's legacy of producing high-quality coffee, which has gained recognition in the industry. Through Hernan's son Alejandro and his connection with our coffee buyer Roland and the subsequent meeting with Benjamin Paz, the coffee produced on this farm has been introduced to us and a broader audience enabling more people to taste and appreciate the Giron family's coffee.
