Raspberry, strawberry, cocoa
Sharo is a small washing station specialising in high quality, clean tasting natural process coffees. This is our third harvest working with Israel Degfa and his team. The washing station collect and buy cherries from various smallholders in the area, and are invested in the community and support the local school. Clean, sweet notes of raspberry and fresh strawberry with a subtle cocoa aftertaste.
