La Cumbre

This week takes us to the San Luis de Grecia Valley of San Jose, Costa Rica. We’ve secured a brilliant lot from Allan Oveideo’s farm Finca La Cumbre. This honey processed Villa Sarchi is a classic example of the sweetness driven lots found in Costa Rica. Allan’s experimented a lot over the years with different drying times and the results are proof of his hard work.
