Milk Chocolate, Peach, Malt

For this week we have an amazing coffee from the Merisch family in Nicaragua. Named Mama Mina after their grandmother Mina McEwan, this lot is a dedication to her life's work in coffee. With a chocolate forward profile, this coffee is one we drink throughout the day and have to come to love it year after year. Orange bourbon is an unusually variety for us as most lots we source are typically red or yellow. Orange is a little tougher to work with for the pickers as the ripeness is hard to decipher with most pickers being used to red cherries.
